DAY 1

Guests will be picked up from downtown Vancouver and we will make our way to one of North Vancouver's hidden gems, Lynn Canyon Park. Here we begin our adventure with a breathtaking hike through the temperate rainforest, crossing a 50 meter high suspension bridge that allows spectacular panoramic views over Lynn Creek and the park. 

Following the hike, we drive to Pitt Meadows in the Fraser Valley and begin the biking portion of the day. Here we will follow the Trans Canada Trail through colourful farmland and meandering rivers against the backdrop of the magnificent mountains of Golden Ears and Garibaldi Provincial Park. When we reach Pitt Lake, one of the largest fresh water tidal lakes in North America, we will take a break and enjoy an "al fresco" lunch. Pitt Lake is also home to Widgeon Valley Natural Wildlife Reserve, a nesting area for marsh birds. From Pitt Meadows, we'll make our way to the Coquihalla Summit sitting at 1200 meters/3950 feet. It is here that we finish our first day of the tour, spending the night in a rustic log cabin overlooking an enchanting lake. That evening dinner will be served in the main cabin with a choice between two delicious home cooked meals. The first night offers a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and enjoy a few drinks together at “Happy Hour”.

                                                                                                                                                              DAY 2

Following a light & healthy breakfast we will make our journey onward towards the Okanagan Valley, the fruit basket of British Columbia. This fertile region is renowned worldwide for its spectacular vineyards and huge varieties of locally grown produce. Later that morning we will arrive at Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park for a day of breathtaking scenery in this historic region of B.C.

Myra Canyon is renowned worldwide as one of the most spectacular cycles in In the provincial park we will ride along the Kettle Valley Railway, over countless trestles & tunnels on our journey towards Penticton. This corridor is one of the most dynamic routes in Canada, with some truly impressive scenery and panoramic views around every bend. Along the way we will stop for lunch at Chute Lake Resort on the grounds of the old station house, where one might feel as though they have stepped back in time. The restaurant is a living museum full of interesting antiques and artifacts displayed throughout. After lunch we descend 1000 meters into Penticton and are treated to some magnificent views over Lake Okanagan and the surrounding vineyards. At Penticton we will enjoy a flavourful Greek dinner at Theo’s before we check-in to our accommodation at St. Andrews Lake Resort.

DAY 3

The third day offers guests a chance to relax in the morning and enjoy some time by the pool or explore the grounds of the resort. Later that morning we will begin our days cycle departing from the hotel. The first portion of today’s ride will be along the scenic Willowbrook Road, passing through White Lakes Grasslands Protected area. The rolling hills offer a great opportunity to view wildlife so keep your eyes on the road for rattlesnake, deer or one of the fifteen species of bird found in this area. Along the way, we pass through the historic gold mining town Fairview, once the largest city north of San Francisco. We will ride towards Oliver and join the International Hike & Bike Trail towards Lake Osoyoos. This trail follows the Okanagan River and offers incredible views over the surrounding vineyards and fruit orchards. Along the way we will have the opportunity to sample some of the delicious, local wines and explore the vineyards at Burrowing Owl and Nk' Mip Cellars. At Nk'Mip Cellars an appetizer of tasty platters will be served before we jump aboard the bus and continue our journey East towards Grand Forks. Here we will enjoy a fresh and healthy lunch at the Wooden Spoon Bistro
