Prepare for an action-packed 3 day ski and snowboard adventure to one of B.C.’s best kept secrets – Manning Park. It is located within a short 2.5 hour drive from downtown Vancouver, deep in the Cascade Mountains. The ski resort is nestled between the temperate coastal area and the dry desert Interior, which means the snow is some of the best and driest powder conditions on the West Coast. Carve your way down the pristine slopes and tranquil beauty far away from the hustle & bustle of the larger ski resorts and busy lift lines.

After an exhilarating day of skiing and boarding, relax with a hot meal, a cold drink, and great company in the local Bear’s Den Pub. The Loon Lagoon indoor pool facility is the perfect place to rejuvenate after a long day of outdoor play at Manning Park Resort. Entry to the complex is included for resort guests. In addition to a 50ft heated indoor pool, you can stay fit in the exercise room, or you can ease sore muscles in a sauna, two hot tubs, and a steam room. Manning Park is ideally suited for every level of skier and boarder, with a variety of incredible terrain that will push your limits!

At Into the Wild we know that vacation time is precious. Leave all the nitty-gritty details to us. Skip your Friday commitments, and start your weekend on the Buzz Bus, leaving from UBC and a centrally located transit station. Happy days!

Trip Itinerary-

FRIDAY

Pick up at 11:30 AM from UBC and a centrally located sky-train Station (TBD)
Enjoy a quick visit and view the spectacular Bridal Veil Falls in Chilliwack
Rest stop in Hope for snacks, refreshments, and a leg stretch
Arrive in Manning Park Resort around 3:30 p.m., check in to the hotel, and hit the local pub & restaurant for dinner and drinks (optional).

SATURDAY

Wake up, get prepared and hit the slopes for an action packed day on the ski hill
Shred the gnarr
Eat, drink, sleep, repeat!

SUNDAY

Cruise the groomers
Depart Manning Park at 3:30 p.m.
Take a well deserved rest and sleep off the weekend.
We should arrive back in Vancouver around 07:30 PM, fresh for the college week.

Full clothes rentals & Goggles: $62 per day or $124 for the full weekend. (This includes ski jacket & pants, gloves & goggles)
Helmet only: $10.50 per day or $21 for the full weekend
Gloves only: $10.50 per day or $21 for the full weekend
Goggles only: $13 per day or $26 for the full weekend
Beginner Introduction Lesson (Recommended for absolute beginners)
$37 for a 2 hour lesson
